Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days Monday through Friday with the exclusion of US federal holidays. No shipping is done on the weekends or holidays.

HAIR ORDERS + SHIPPING

Once order is placed, Hair orders take 7-10 business days. We recommend scheduling your hair appointment with these time frames in mind.

We do not accept refunds on any products!!! All sales are final. If you receive any items damaged, please notify us within 7 days for a replacement items.
